Returns & Exchanges Policy

At SCB Financial Literacy Project (SCBFLP), customer satisfaction is very important to us. We take great care to ensure that every product meets our quality standards. Because many of our items are custom-made or personalized, certain restrictions apply to returns and exchanges as outlined below.
1. Custom-Made & Personalized Items
All custom and personalized items are final sale.
We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom orders unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
Customers are responsible for confirming all details (including size, color, text, and design approval) before placing an order. Once production has begun, no changes or cancellations can be made.
Please note that natural variations in materials such as leather or stitching are not considered defects.
2. Non-Custom Items
Eligible non-custom items may be returned or exchanged within [30 days] of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Final sale, clearance, or promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item—whether custom or non-custom—please contact us at [insert contact email] within [7 days] of delivery.
Include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a description of the problem.
Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Return Shipping
For non-custom returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as SCBFLP cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
5. Proofs and Approvals
If a proof or design preview is provided for approval, the customer is fully responsible for reviewing all spelling, sizing, colors, and design details.
Errors approved by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced.
6. Exchanges
If an exchange is authorized for a non-custom item, the replacement will be shipped once the original item has been received and inspected.
Shipping times for exchanged items may vary depending on product availability.
